Meet Jacob Calloway
I’m Jacob Calloway—an Army veteran, caregiver and lifelong tech enthusiast. Before launching Calloway IT Consulting & Solutions, I earned degrees in Systems Administration and Cyber Defense and spent years helping family and neighbors untangle their technology frustrations. My earlier work as a Certified Nursing Assistant taught me the value of patience, empathy and clear communication—qualities that are often missing from traditional IT support but are vital when working with seniors and small teams.

After leaving the military and settling in Renton, I saw how rapidly technology was changing and how many people were being left behind. Seniors struggled to set up smartphones and video calls; micro‑business owners lost time fighting with home offices. I founded Calloway IT to change that.
